**Job Title: Office Boy**

Location: Sector 50, Gurugram

Experience: 2-3 Years

Working Hours: 9am to 8pm (Sunday fixed off)

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable and professional Office Boy. The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the office, assisting staff with routine tasks and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office, including pantry, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
- Serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water) to staff and guests.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, or other items within or outside the office.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing documents.
- Replenish office supplies such as paper, pens, and pantry items.
- Ensure meeting rooms are set up before meetings and cleaned afterward.
- Support administrative staff with routine office duties.
- Perform messenger duties and assist with external errands as needed.
- Handle minor maintenance tasks or report issues to the facilities team.
- Follow office safety and hygiene standards at all times.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of office equipment (printer, copier, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and a respectful attitude.
- Honest, punctual, and dependable.
- Physically fit to perform tasks that require movement and lifting.
