Job Responsibilities& Competencies:

- Must be a Graduate with minimum work experience of 4+ years in AR follow up for US Health Care / Revenue Cycle Management company.
- Work on OLD AR and collect outstanding amounts.
- Publish a daily report that provides a snapshot of work inventory in terms of Denials, Rejections, Failures, and inactive AR to ensure that TAT is being met.
- Continual development to be an expert with knowledge of respective clients, specialties, and PM systems.
- Speaks or writes clearly and persuasively; provides clarification; responds well to questions; participates in and contributes to meetings.
- Follows policies and procedures; Completes tasks correctly and on time; Supports organization's goals and values.
- Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Willing to put in the necessary time to accomplish goals.
- Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Accepts responsibility for own actions; Follows through on commitments.
