**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage social media platforms - content planning, posting, engagement, and growth.
- Run **paid ads** to generate leads and optimize ROI.
- Handle **SEO & SEM** activities to increase website traffic and ranking.
- Create engaging content (posts, creatives, blogs, videos) in collaboration with designers.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
- Support lead nurturing process with timely follow-ups and reporting.
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer insights to improve strategies.
- Work with the sales team to align campaigns with business goals.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
- Proficiency in **social media marketing & content creation**.
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing (preferred).
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to optimize campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
