**Job description**
- **Making inbound /outbound calls.**:

- **Generate walk_in prospects over the phone.**:

- **Follow up with incoming leads.**:

- **Coordination with the sales team to ensure maximum lead conversion.**:

- **Fixing appointments with students for the counselling team.**:

- **Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on Tele-calling activities, including the number of calls made, appointments scheduled, and student profiles managed.**:

- **Accurately enter and update student information and documentation in our edu tech platforms and backend database.**:

- **Ensure the completeness and correctness of student profiles, including academic transcripts, test scores, passport details, and other relevant documents.**
- **Excellent and effective communication in English, Telugu and Hindi.**:

- **Good spoken English will be the added advantage.**:

- **Good convincing skills.**:

- **Positive attitude with a target oriented work approach.**:
**Role: Telesales & Student Profile Backend Executive**
