At Impetus, we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to join our team and help us elevate our brand presence across various digital platforms.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Design weekly/monthly marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.

Develop A+ banners and other advertising materials for Meta ads and other digital marketing channels.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement creative concepts that engage and inform our audience.

Maintain and update the company's visual assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) for all social media channels.

Monitor social media channels for trends, audience feedback, and engagement opportunities.

Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and optimize strategies.

Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Content Creation & Campaign Development:
Conceptualize and produce engaging content for social media campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.

Design and implement creative strategies for Meta ads, including targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a graphic designer and social media manager.

Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Corel etc.) and social media management tools.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work and successful social media campaigns.

Excellent understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.

Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
