We are looking for an **Inside Sales Executive** who will be responsible for **retaining existing customers** and **driving repeat orders**. This role requires strong communication skills, relationship management, and the ability to upsell/cross-sell effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure high customer retention by providing excellent support and engagement.
- Drive repeat orders through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to improve satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM.
- Collaborate with the operations and customer support teams for seamless service.

**Requirements**:

- **1-3 years of inside sales/retention experience**, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or BFSI
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
