Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of Income tax, GST and TDS returns.
- Maintain audit-ready financial records and assist with audit preparation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to accounting and tax matters.
- Manage demat accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, including sharetransfers, dematerialization, and compliance with regulatory requirements for securities.
- Assist in the review of financial-related legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Process monthly payments including salary disbursements, ensuring timely and accurate paymentto all employees.
- Assist in processing employee onboarding and resignation procedures and dues.
- Ensure payroll compliance, including provident fund contributions and tax deductions.
- Assist in the due diligence process for startup investments by analyzing financial data.
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies by tracking key financial metrics.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to financial performance, investment activities,and compliance.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
