We are looking for a dynamic **Sales Coordinator** who can bring precision, professionalism, and outstanding communication to our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and support the sales team with day-to-day operations.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up with clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships with impeccable written and verbal communication.
- Ensure timely response to inquiries and seamless order processing.
- Work closely with internal departments (production, dispatch, accounts) to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Track sales leads, maintain CRM entries, and prepare regular sales reports.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional command of **English (spoken and written)** - impeccable language skills are a must.
- Extraordinary communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or related fields (preferably in manufacturing or B2B).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
