**Summary**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

- Develop forward-thinking strategies for deploying advanced analytics and intelligence platforms that anticipate business needs.

- Enable organization to identify opportunities & risk through data analysis
- Analyze and synthesize multi-source data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and deliver predictive insights that drive strategic decisions and improvement across sales & operations
- Design and implement sophisticated data architectures that integrate diverse systems to create scalable, intelligence-driven analytics frameworks.
- Enable use of AI to drive business outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, translating business objectives into innovative BI strategies and actionable intelligence.
- Enable data Architect to design and implement sophisticated data architectures that integrate diverse systems to create scalable, intelligence-driven analytics frameworks.
- Mentor team members on cutting-edge analytical techniques, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making best practices.
- Serve as a bridge between Data, BI initiatives and senior leadership, ensuring analytics align with overarching business goals and provide meaningful intelligence.
- Stay at the forefront of technology by evaluating and implementing tools, platforms, and methodologies that enhance predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities.
- Create and present high-impact intelligence reports and dashboards to executive teams, highlighting data-driven opportunities and strategies.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business intelligence, focusing on data strategy, predictive analysis, and decision-making insights.
- Advanced expertise in Statical analytics, SQL, Python, and other programming languages such as R, Scala, or Java
- Strong proficiency with BI and analytics platforms, with proven success in developing high-volume, intelligence-focused visualizations and dashboards.
- Adrequate knowledge of data architecture and modeling principles, including relational (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Experience in integrating machine learning and predictive models into BI solutions to forecast trends and provide prescriptive insights.
- Expertise in using data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery for aggregation and advanced analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business intelligence for cross-functional stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Strong leadership skills, including guiding data initiatives across platforms while maintaining data quality, governance, and compliance.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience as a BI Architect or similar role within intelligence-focused, large-scale organizations.
- Statical Analytics
- Deep understanding of data warehouse design, dimensional modeling, and data mining techniques to uncover actionable intelligence.
- Track record of integrating advanced analytics into strategic business processes and driving tangible outcomes.
