As a 3D Visualizer at Hatchway Builders & Developers, you will be a key creative force in our team responsible for transforming concepts and designs into stunning, immersive visual representations. Utilizing your artistic talent and proficiency in 3D rendering and modeling software, you will produce high-quality visualizations, animations, and presentations for a wide range of projects, from architectural designs to product prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:
3D Modeling: Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural, interior, or product designs, utilizing software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Sketchup etc.

Rendering: Generate high-quality, photorealistic renderings, ensuring that materials, lighting, and textures are accurately represented.

Visualization: Develop visually engaging 3D visualizations, including still images, walkthroughs, and animations, that effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Concept Development: Collaborate with architects, interior designers, product designers, and project managers to understand project objectives and translate them into visually appealing concepts.

Presentation Materials: Produce visual materials, such as presentations, brochures, and marketing materials, to support project proposals and marketing efforts.

Quality Assurance: Review and refine 3D visualizations to ensure they align with design specifications and client expectations. Make necessary adjustments as required.

Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D visualization trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve the quality of visualizations produced.

Qualifications:

- A degree in graphic design, architecture, interior design, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, etc.).
- A strong portfolio showcasing your 3D visualization skills and projects.
- Strong artistic and creative abilities, including a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, especially in conveying design ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of design principles and industry trends.
- Familiarity with architectural or product design concepts is a plus.

How to Apply:
**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
