**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Maintain customer records and update call details in CRM or Excel.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer complaints or objections professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Follow call scripts and comply with internal processes and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate (any stream).
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, polite, and good at convincing or explaining.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
- Experience in any Industry.
- Target-driven and energetic personality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
