We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Content editor & Proofreader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our written content and managing content assignments for our team of writers.

Key Responsibilities:
Proofreading:

- Carefully review and edit various types of content, including articles, blog posts, marketing materials, and website copy, to eliminate grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting errors.
- Maintain consistency in writing style, tone, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Content Assignment:

- Collaborate with content managers and project leads to understand content requirements and priorities.
- Allocate writing tasks to writers based on their expertise, workload, and availability.
- Provide clear instructions and guidelines for each writing task to ensure coherence and alignment with project objectives.

Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality control measures to maintain high writing standards and consistency across all content pieces.
- Offer constructive feedback to writers to enhance their writing skills and overall content quality.

Deadline Management:

- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Coordinate with writers to address any delays or challenges in meeting deadlines.

Content Optimization:

- Collaborate with writers to optimize content for SEO purposes, aligning with keyword strategies and search engine ranking criteria.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules.
- Familiarity with various writing styles and the ability to maintain consistency in tone and voice.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage content assignments efficiently.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
