With innovation at the heart of everything we do, we’re looking for a passionate **Social Media Executive** to help us connect with parents across India and beyond.

**Role Overview**

The Social Media Executive will manage and grow Cocoon Care’s digital presence across social platforms. The role demands creativity, strong communication skills, and an understanding of digital trends to engage parents, build community, and drive brand growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives and ensure brand consistency.
- Write clear, engaging, and emotionally resonant captions aligned with Cocoon Care’s tone of voice.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Respond to DMs, comments, and queries with warmth and empathy.
- Build relationships with parents, influencers, and communities to foster loyalty.
- **Campaigns & Growth**:

- Execute social media campaigns around launches, promotions, and seasonal moments.
- Collaborate with marketing team for ad creatives, influencer partnerships, and UGC campaigns.
- Track social media KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and provide monthly reports.
- **Trendspotting & Innovation**:

- Stay up to date with social media trends, viral formats, and competitor activity.
- Propose creative ideas to make Cocoon Care’s presence more engaging and relatable.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in D2C/e-commerce or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram & Meta ecosystem (reels, ads, analytics).
- Creative mindset with basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop (video editing skills a plus).
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/vernacular is a bonus).
- Passion for baby/kids lifestyle space and ability to connect with parents emotionally.
