**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
- **Wire framing and Prototyping**: Develop wire frames, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
- **UI Design**: Create visually engaging user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and design principles.
- **UX Design**: Design user flows, navigation structures, and interaction patterns to enhance usability and overall user experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- **Testing and Iteration**: Conduct usability tests and analyze feedback to iterate and improve design solutions based on user input and performance metrics.
- **Design Systems**: Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- **Trends and Best Practices**: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and processes.
- **Design Tools**: Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision Studio, FlowMapp

Pay: ₹10,000.73 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
