**Role Overview**:
This role involves building strong client relationships, pitching financial products, and achieving revenue and sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to understand their trading and investment needs.
- Pitch and promote **demat accounts, trading accounts, insurance, TTP, mutual funds, and other financial products**.
- Educate and advise clients about **stock market trading, investment strategies, and algo trading opportunities**.
- Meet and exceed assigned **sales and revenue targets**.
- Provide excellent relationship management by maintaining long-term client connections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve client onboarding and engagement processes.
- Keep updated with market trends, trading platforms, and financial products.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in sales, trading, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of **stock markets, trading & investments**.
- Awareness/understanding of **algo trading** concepts.
- Technical skills in **Python, Java, or similar languages** (preferred, not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, client handling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field (preferred).
