RDQ Stock Broking Private Limited is a Kolkata-based broking firm. RDQ Group fastest-growing financial group in eastern India.
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their equity portfolio for long-term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for the short/ medium term.
- Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also focus on generating new business.
- To maintain a synergetic relationship with Relationship Managers, by supporting their efforts to enhance business.
- To keep abreast with the market knowledge and market intelligence.
- Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance & Risk Management.
- Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.

**Skills**:

- Graduate / Postgraduate with the overall experience of 3 -4year experience in Equity, Derivatives & Commodities on client Trading & advisory side.
- Should have a sound understanding of capital markets, derivatives & Option trading, and commodity markets.
- Should have clear knowledge and understanding of Exchange margin calculations like Span, Var, ELM, MTM, BTST, Cross & spread Margin calculations, different order types, like CNC, Intraday, IOC, etc.
- Should be a result-oriented, self-starter, proactive
- Should possess strong networking & relationship-building skills, and good communication skills.
- Should be certified in NISM certificates in Equity and Commodity Derivatives, SORM.

**Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in broking firm (required)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
