**Responsibilities**:

- Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
