**Experience**:2-3 Years**
**Qualification**:Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct one-on-one or group **counseling sessions** to support students' emotional and behavioral well-being.
- Design and **deliver workshops** for students, parents, and staff on various psychological and behavioral topics.
- **Collaborate with school faculty** to identify student needs and implement intervention strategies.
- Help clients develop coping mechanisms and emotional regulation strategies.
- Maintain detailed case records while ensuring complete **confidentiality**.
- Use strong communication skills to identify and work through complex emotional challenges.
- Provide support and **crisis intervention** when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Master’s degree in **Psychology, Counseling, or Mental Health** (mandatory)
- 2-3 years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in an educational setting
- Ability to empathize with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of modern counseling techniques and emotional wellness tools
- Ability to travel to and work with schools on-site
- Strong sense of **professional ethics and confidentiality**
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
