**Claims Processing**: Review medical documentation and patient records to accurately code and process claims for healthcare services rendered.
- **Insurance Verification**: Verify patients' insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits to determine appropriate billing procedures and ensure accurate reimbursement.
- **Billing and Invoicing**: Generate and submit invoices to insurance companies, government payers, and patients, ensuring adherence to billing guidelines and regulations.
- **Claim Follow-up**: Monitor the status of submitted claims, identify unpaid or denied claims, and initiate follow-up activities to resolve discrepancies and facilitate timely payment.
- **Denial Management**: Investigate claim denials, identify root causes, and take appropriate actions to appeal denied claims or correct billing errors to maximize reimbursement.
- **Payment Posting**: Record and reconcile payments received from insurance companies and patients, ensuring accurate documentation of all financial transactions.
- **Customer Service**: Assist patients and healthcare providers with billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and insurance-related issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of billing activities, claim statuses, and payment transactions, and generate reports to track billing performance and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, coding standards (e.g., ICD-10, CPT), and billing requirements established by government agencies, insurance carriers, and healthcare organizations.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular audits of billing processes and documentation to identify errors, discrepancies, or inefficiencies, and implement corrective measures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
