**Job Description:
As a Jr Counselor Sales, your pivotal role is to drive sales by proactively reaching out to potential customers through outbound calls. You will utilize your persuasive communication skills to effectively promote and sell products or services over the telephone, with the ultimate aim of convincing customers to make a purchase. By achieving sales targets, you will play a vital part in bolstering the success of the sales team as a whole.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage in proactive outbound calling to prospective customers, delivering compelling sales pitches to effectively promote products or services.
- Cultivate and nurture strong customer relationships by consistently providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Skillfully identify and assess sales opportunities through strategic questioning and attentive listening, ensuring qualified leads are pursued.
- Articulate product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and concise manner, adeptly handling objections or rejections with professionalism and expertise.
- Employ persuasive techniques and sales acumen to confidently close deals, surpassing sales targets and driving exceptional results.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer information, sales details, and outcomes within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Demonstrate proactive follow-up on leads, maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and capitalize on potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Foster effective collaboration with the sales team, actively sharing valuable market feedback, customer insights, and innovative suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends, empowering yourself to deliver enhanced sales effectiveness and exceed customer expectations.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, upholding integrity and professionalism throughout all sales activities.

**Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is a Must

Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.

Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.

Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.

Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Familiarity with the product or service being offered is desirable.
