**Mandatory Skills**
- IBM Mainframe, COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS # VSAM, ENDEVOR, IBM RDz IDz, DEBUG Tool, Platinum
- Excellent Problem solving skills is required.
- Good to Have Skills : # IMS DB DC # XTool, EGL # IDMS #
- Exposure to new technologies like Azure, AWS, python, java etc.
- File Manager, Fault Analyzer # Eazytrieve (EPLUS)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Core Responsibilities**

Provide support for Presales, Proposal, Sales, Delivery, fresher#s training etc.
Provide Training and Coaching to Mainframe teams. Ability to technically guide and support team members within area of responsibility
Testing and Support during software upgrades
Ability to cross-skill and up-skill based on delivery need
Research about new Tools and methodologies for future with the feasibility of implementation in organization.
