Tele Marketing Executive **(Female Only)**
Chamrajpet, Bangalore

“Frescor” and Vayu “Fresh as the wind” the Premium wide range of Home fragrance products, Best _Air Freshener_ for Home, Room, Toilet and office

**PROFILE SUMMARY**:
**JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY**:
Make outbound & inbound calls to generate qualified leads
Provide robust support to clients about their queries and introduce new services
Follow up with clients and gather feedback and assess their intent to avail the services
Develop and nurture client relationships to enhance sales efficiency
Continuously refine sales techniques to optimize performance
Utilize CRM systems for lead tracking and management
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and trends
Meet and exceed sales targets to earn lucrative incentives
Attend team meetings and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes
Adhere to company policies and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

**SKILLS REQUIRED**

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
Proficiency in using CRM systems for lead management
Analytical skills to assess sales data and trends
Attention to detail in maintaining records
- **ELIGIBILITY**:

- 1 year of relevant experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales Excellent command of English Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu
- Freshers are also eligible to apply
- **WORKING DAYS & TIME**:
Monday to Saturday (10 AM-6.30 PM)
