**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for senior classes.
- Teach and explain advanced concepts such as Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, and Statistics.
- Design lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Evaluate and assess students’ progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide remedial support to students who need additional help.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a conducive learning environment in the classroom.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to plan academic activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development programs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related discipline.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in Mathematics for senior classes (Grades 8-12).
- Strong command of mathematical concepts with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse learners.
- Prior experience teaching students with special needs (desirable but not mandatory).
