**Job Description: Receptionist at Olgah**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while providing relevant information.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff.
- Maintain and update visitor logs and ensure a smooth reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, document preparation, and data entry.
- Assist with office supplies and inventory management as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- At least 1 year of prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or courses in office management or administration are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

**Work Hours**:

- 12 to 14 hours per day, based on business needs.
