**Job Title**:Storyboard Executive

**Location**:Paud Road, Pune

**Job Summary**:
The Storyboard Executive will oversee the storyboard development process for our projects, ensuring that narratives are effectively translated into visual formats. This role involves collaborating closely with editors, course team writers, directors, and artists to create compelling storyboards that align with our creative vision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with managers & editors to understand story requirements and themes.
- Create and refine storyboards, ensuring clarity and cohesion
- Review and provide constructive feedback on storyboards from the team.
- Coordinate with other departments, including animation and production, to align on project goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in storyboard creation.
- Manage timelines and ensure that storyboards are delivered on schedule.
- Mentor junior storyboard artists and provide guidance on techniques and processes.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative discussions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in storyboarding or a similar role within the academic industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of storyboard styles and techniques.
- Proficient in storyboard software (e.g., Storyboard Pro, Photoshop).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of narrative structure and visual principles.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
