**Job Title**: Doctor Relationship Executive / Business Development Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and position hospital services to attract and retain clients.
- Identify and generate new business leads through strategic outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and existing clients.
- Recommend suitable service enhancements based on client feedback and market insights.
- Support internal teams in developing and expanding professional referral networks.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Work (MSW), or a related field.
- Minimum of **2 years of experience** in marketing, business development, or client relationship management—preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Professional appearance, personable attitude, and a client-first approach.
- Proactive, resourceful, and driven to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
