**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Articleship Experience in Direct Taxation.
- Prior knowledge of Direct tax advisory and compliances.
- Prior knowledge of Regulatory laws such as FEMA, SEBI, Companies Act, Stamp duty.
- Prior knowledge in M&A tax will be preferred.
- Minimum 0-2 yrs of post qualification experience.
