We are a Furniture Manufacturing Company based at Kasna, Greater Noida and looking for competent Finance Executive with at least 3yrs of relevant experience in Manufacturing Industry living or ready to relocate to Greater Noida

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Accounts Receivable (AR)**:

- Ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Monitor incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of receivables and generate related reports.

**2. Accounts Payable (AP)**:

- Process invoices and payments to vendors/suppliers.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of payable accounts.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies with vendors.

**3. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)**:

- Calculate and deduct TDS as per the Income Tax Act.
- Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns.
- Ensure timely issuance of TDS certificates to vendors and employees.

**4. GST Compliance**:

- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of GST input and output tax.
- Handle GST audits and resolve queries related to GST.

**5. Income Tax (ITR) Filings**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements for ITR filings.
- Ensure timely filing of Income Tax Returns.
- Handle tax-related inquiries and liaise with auditors.

**6. General Accounting**:

- Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly financial statements including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct monthly and year-end closing activities.

**7. Financial Reporting & Analysis**:

- Generate and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

**8. Advanced Excel & Tally ERP**:

- Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) to prepare financial reports and perform data analysis.
- Manage accounting data using Tally ERP and ensure accuracy in records.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficient in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR filing, and general accounting principles.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
