**Day -to
- Day responsibilities include.**

**Bookkeeping and Record Keeping**:

- Record and classify financial transactions accurately in the general ledger.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of accounts.

**Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and generate financial statements (e.g., balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) on a regular basis.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

**Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable**:

- Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, verifying expenses, and issuing payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and process incoming payments.

**Tax Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax and sales tax, as necessary.
- Assist with tax planning to minimize tax liabilities.

**Financial Analysis**:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for financial decision-making.

**Audit and Compliance**:

- Prepare documentation for external audits and collaborate with auditors.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

**Financial Software and Tools**:

- Utilize accounting software and other financial tools to streamline processes and maintain data accuracy.
- Provide financial information and reports to support decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven Experience in accounting & Finance Roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in accounting software (ERP, Tally or similar)
- Confident, Self-Motivated, and Team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

**Experience**

2-4 Yrs of Experience in Accounting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
