Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide specialized instruction aimed at strengthening students' understanding of board syllabus topics and addressing individual learning needs.
- Utilize a range of teaching methods, including problem-solving, hands-on activities, and group discussions to enhance understanding.
- Prepare students for board exams by delivering in-depth lessons, managing rigorous assessments, and providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain a structured and supportive classroom environment that encourages active learning and participation.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of the current curriculum, examination patterns, and requirements of Classes X and XII.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage students effectively in an evening class setting.

**Skills**:

- Ability to simplify complex concepts for better student comprehension.
- Proficiency in using technology for educational delivery and assessment.
- Patient, motivated, and able to work with students of varying abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance teaching and administrative responsibilities.

**Work Schedule**: Evening classes, Monday to Friday (hours to be determined based on school schedule and student needs).

**Remuneration**: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹700.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 per week
