**Purpose of the Position**

This position is located within the DEMI Ranjangaon site, which is the manufacturing base for DEMI India.

The position contains the compliance for the following tasks
- SHE aspects of Logistics and Warehousing management.
- Maintain High Safety standards in MHE operations.
- Maintain high customer Service Level.
- Inventory management.
- Training and developing subordinates.

**Key areas of accountability/responsibility**

**SHE & Security**

To comply with DSM SHE & Security requirements and show SHE leadership. Responsible for SHE performance in the field.

Comply with the Manufex requirements.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
Responsible for managing all Inbound and Outbound goods flow
- Responsible for the SHE requirements, EMS & IATF aspects in warehouse management.
- To Comply with DSM behavior requirements.
- Receipt/ Issue / Dispatch of RM & FG timely and safely.
- Responsible for the Safe MHE operations in & outside Warehouses.
- Responsible for HAZ & NON-HAZ waste receipt & dispatched material on Time.
- Ensure that the FIFO method is followed while issuing and dispatching material.
- Responsible for physical verification of material before loading and unloading material & ensure the correct grade & quantity received and dispatched.
- Responsible for periodic physical inventory counting.
- Responsible for Maximum Bin / WH capacity utilization in the warehouse.
- Responsible for DICI activities & completion of tasks in the Warehouse.
- Responsible for Proper supervision, Control & utilization of available resources.
- In a Supportive Role as and when required for other areas of Logistics,
