**Job description**

**Summary**:
**We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing and Branding Specialist to lead our digital marketing initiatives and reinforce our brand presence. As a provider of ship management and crewing services, we operate within the international maritime shipping industry and are keen to enhance our digital footprint and brand visibility.**

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and branding.
- Experience in international business is required.
- Familiarity with the shipping and maritime industry is a plus.
- Proficient in SEO, AdWords, and multi-channel digital marketing.
- Strong experience with social media management and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with native-like command of English.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Familiarity with web design and user experience best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

**Responsibilities**:
**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.

**AdWords Management**:

- Manage, optimize, and create PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations.

**SMS/WhatsApp Alerts**:

- Create and disseminate timely and targeted alerts to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Manage opt-in lists and comply with relevant regulations and best practices.

**Content Creation**:

- Develop engaging and brand-consistent content for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content based on upcoming company requirements.

**Social Media Management**:

- Revamp and manage company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.

**Hashtag Strategy**:

- Develop and implement hashtag strategies for recruitment campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.

**Website Management**:

- Identify and resolve website issues and implement improvements in collaboration with the development team.
- Monitor website performance and user experience, making recommendations for improvement.

**Push Strategy Implementation**:

- Develop and implement effective push notification strategies to drive user engagement and retention.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of push strategies and optimize accordingly.

**Newsletter Publishing**:

- Create, publish, and circulate company newsletters to target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze newsletter performance and make data-driven improvements.

**Branding**:

- Oversee branding initiatives for Marshals branches.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and mediums.

**Internal Content Creation**:

- Develop content based on upcoming internal company requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content with company goals.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
