We are looking for a highly coordinated E-Commerce executive to oversee the development and utility of our company's income-generating sites. We are working for our sister company based in the UK. We require someone who can polish our potential UK websites and manage them to convert into sales. Our UK company is specialised into Christmas as well as other seasonal and party products. We are leading importer and wholesale distributor company within the UK. We have our own brand SHATCHI and also we are Mspa brand products distributor within the UK and Europe.

**English Fluency & Basic Computer Knowledge is must**

**Responsibilities**:

- E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement an effective e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and achieve business objectives.
- Product Management: Manage product listings, including product descriptions, pricing, inventory levels, and promotions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and revenue, and provide regular reports to management.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and improve the e-commerce strategy.
- Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and negotiate partnerships with relevant platforms, influencers, or affiliates to expand the reach and visibility of the e-commerce business.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality customer service throughout the online purchasing process.

Qualifications:
1. Education: Hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field. Additional certifications or courses in e-commerce are a plus.

2. Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online retail is preferred.

3. E-commerce Platforms: Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS) such as Amazon, eBay, OnBuy, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or others.

5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize e-commerce performance.

6. Tech Savviness: Comfortable working with various online tools and software, including Linnworks, CMS platforms, and online payment gateways.

7. Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to detail in managing product listings, pricing, and ensuring accurate information on the e-commerce website.

8. Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and effectively communicate with customers.

9. Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues, finding solutions, and optimizing e-commerce processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

10. Adaptability: Able to adapt to changing market dynamics, industry trends, and evolving e-commerce technologies.
