**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct product presentations and site/property/facility tours if applicable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or counseling role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
