**Job Summary**:
The Nutraceutical Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient and compliant production of nutraceutical products such as dietary supplements, functional foods, and health beverages. The role involves supervising production staff, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring production goals are met on time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Production Activities**:
Oversee all stages of the production process from raw material preparation to packaging, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution.
- **Staff Management**:
Train, schedule, and supervise production operators and technicians. Monitor performance and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- **Quality Control**:
Coordinate with Quality Assurance/Quality Control departments to maintain GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other regulatory standards. Investigate and resolve quality deviations.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR), production logs, and deviation reports. Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
- **Inventory & Resource Management**:
Monitor raw materials, equipment, and manpower availability. Coordinate with supply chain and maintenance teams to ensure operational readiness.
- **Safety & Compliance**:
Enforce safety protocols and hygiene standards. Conduct safety drills, audits, and ensure compliance with health and environmental regulations.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
Identify areas for process optimization, waste reduction, and yield improvement. Participate in lean manufacturing or Kaizen initiatives.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field. Diploma holders with strong experience may also be considered.
- **Experience**:
3-5 years of relevant experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food production environments.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of nutraceutical formulations and manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO, FSSAI, USFDA, or equivalent standards
- Understanding of mixing, granulation, encapsulation, tableting, and packaging equipment
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- **Work Environment**:

- Shift-based work depending on production schedules
- Manufacturing floor with controlled conditions
- PPE usage required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
