Position: Speech Therapist

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders in preschool-aged children.
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans using both proven and innovative intervention techniques.
- Provide therapy sessions (one-on-one or in groups) tailored to each child’s needs and developmental level.
- Monitor and document each child’s progress, updating therapy goals as needed.
- Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, special educators, and other therapists to set and achieve holistic developmental goals.
- Conduct parent education and training so they can reinforce therapy techniques at home and in daily routines.
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) when needed.
- Maintain detailed and confidential records of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports.
- Stay up-to-date with latest speech therapy methods, attending relevant workshops and training as required.

**Desired Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology, with a valid RCI license/certification.
- Prior experience working with preschool or early childhood populations (preferred, not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of childhood speech and language developmental milestones.
- Empathetic, patient, and creative approach working with small children.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary educational team.
