**We are hiring Purchase Executive for a Leading Appliances Manufacturing Company**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops a purchasing strategy
- Reviews and Processes purchase orders and Managing daily

purchasing activities
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage

inventory needs
- Propose improvements to the current purchasing system that will

improve vendor relationships and lower the cost of doing business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as sales, operations, and

finance) to forecast inventory needs and establish inventory targets.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of

materials, goods, or products to meet production or customer demand.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and systems to track

and manage inventory.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles, inventory control

techniques, and purchasing best practices.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related

documentation
- Maintains records of goods ordered and received.
- Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers.
- Builds and maintains relationships with vendors.
- Selects prospective vendors and negotiates contracts
- Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and

machinery.
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
- Evaluates vendors based on quality, timeliness, and price.
- Schedules deliveries and ensures timely fulfilment of orders.
- Researches and evaluates vendors to compare pricing and services.
- Coordinates with production managers to monitor inventory and

determine supply needs.
- Ensures quality of procured items and addresses problems when they arise.
- Keeps up with trends in procurement.
- Travels to vendor locations.
- Stays current with purchasing technology trends and oversees purchase

and implementation, as necessary.
- Working to improve purchasing systems and processes
