**Job description**

**English Content Proofreader**

**The job will require you to**:
1. Proofread the content for errors (grammatical or otherwise)
2. Correct the errors and explain to the team.
3. See if the content is written as required and is not just vague input of words.
4. If a writer is making a mistake train them to write it in the right way.
5. Training Need Assessment (TNA) of the writers. Training them accordingly.
6. Supervise and enhance the writing process and take efforts to increase the output.
7. Monitor the work of each writer.
8. Building Content Strategy communicating with all the concerned parties ( in-house resources as well as the clients)
9. Coordinating with other team heads and co-coordinators, and Project Managers.
10. Interviewing and Recruiting Writers in co-ordination with the HR.
11. Bring in a view of how the content will be consumed and accordingly able to set guidelines.
12. Ultimately act as the custodian for all digital customer content.
