Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Cafe Server to join our client team As a Cafe Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Take Orders and Serve Customers: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure prompt and courteous service.

2. Maintain Knowledge of Menu and Products: Familiarize yourself with menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer customer questions.

3. Handle Cash and Operating Point-of-Sale System: Process transactions, handle cash, and operate a point-of-sale system.

4. Maintain Cafe Cleanliness: Ensure the cafe is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.

5. Work Collaboratively with Staff: Communicate with other servers, bussers, and management to ensure seamless service.

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.

2. Friendly and Attentive Demeanor: Provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for customers.

3. Ability to Multitask: Manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.

4. Basic Math Skills: Handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system.

5. Availability: Flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
