Job Title: MIS Executive

**Job Summary**: The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing the organization’s data and information systems to support decision-making processes in an eCommerce environment. This role involves developing reports, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with various departments to optimize information flow. Freshers are welcome to apply

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and optimize management information systems tailored for eCommerce operations.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into business performance, sales trends, and customer behavior.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement specific to the eCommerce sector.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data accuracy and system functionality..
- Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related to information systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in eCommerce information management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in eCommerce.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with database management systems and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, BI tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy.

**Preference**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
