Seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and contributing to the overall success of sales efforts.

Outbound Calls:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce products or services, and initiate the sales process.

Customer Engagement:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about products or services and address customer queries.

Lead Generation:

- Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling.
- Gather relevant information and update lead databases.

Appointment Scheduling:

- Schedule appointments or meetings for field sales representatives.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure efficient appointment setting.

Follow-Up Calls:

- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales.
- Gather feedback and address customer concerns.

Product Knowledge:

- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.

Data Entry:

- Accurately input and update customer information.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hoshiarpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
