**Job description**

The CAD Operator is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, plans, and designs used in the construction, manufacturing, and engineering industries. Working under the guidance of engineers, architects, or project managers, the CAD Operator plays a key role in ensuring accuracy and functionality in project designs.

**Role & responsibilities**
- Create precise Shop & Architectural drawings for a wide range of projects using CAD software (AutoCAD, Sketchup)
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback to ensure designs meet project specifications
- Add dimensions, annotations, and details to drawings, ensuring clarity and alignment with project standards and regulations,
- Maintain and update drawing archives, ensuring that all project files are accurately documented and organized.
- Conduct site visits to verify dimensions, capture relevant data, or support project assessment as needed.
- Ensure that all visualizations are accurate, realistic, and aligned with project aesthetics and functional requirements.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor Degree in CAD, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field..
- 2-3 years of experience in CAD drafting or design.
- Knowledge about interior elements and building structures.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Sketchup, Photoshop.
- Well versed with designing corporate & Architectural layouts,
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Should possess good communication and presentation skills
