**Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Furniture Designer to join**

**understanding of materials, ergonomics, and aesthetics. You will be responsible for creating**

**innovative and functional furniture pieces that enhance both residential and commercial**

**spaces.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Design Development**:

- **Conceptualize and create original furniture designs that meet market trends**

**and client needs.**
- **Utilize sketches, CAD software, and 3D modelling tools to bring ideas to life.**

**2. Material Selection**:

- **Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and colours that align with**

**design concepts and budget constraints.**
- **Ensure sustainability and durability in material choices.**

**3. Prototyping**:

- **Collaborate with engineers and craftsmen to create prototypes and models.**:

- **Test prototypes for functionality, comfort, and safety, making necessary**

**adjustments based on feedback.**

**4. Collaboration**:

- **Work closely with other designers, architects, and clients to understand project**

**requirements and objectives.**
- **Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.**

**5. Market Research**:

- **Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer**

**preferences to inform design choices.**
- **Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine existing products.**

**6. Project Management**:

- **Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are**

**met.**
- **Prepare detailed specifications and documentation for production.**

**7. Quality Assurance**:

- **Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to design**

**specifications and quality standards.**
- **Conduct regular evaluations of finished products for quality control.**

**Qualifications**:
**- Bachelors degree in Furniture Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.**

**- Proven experience in furniture design or a related industry.**

**- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).**

**- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and ergonomics.**

**- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.**

**- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.**

**- Portfolio showcasing previous design work.**

**Work Environment: The Furniture Designer will work in a collaborative studio**

**environment, with opportunities for site visits and client interaction. Flexibility in remote**

**work may be offered based on project needs.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
