About the Role:

- We are looking for graduates who are interested in building their career in the APQP (Process Planning) domain, As a Learner within the APQP (Process Planning) team, you will be supporting experts and specialists of the APQP (Process Planning) function, to develop your skills to work independently within 12 weeks.

What you'll deliver:

- Work to team plan & deliver your tasks on-time & within budget
- Evaluate your work progress to the plan and make required course corrections
- Product manufacturing & quality planning aligned to design, quality and delivery requirements
- Perform make/buy analysis and decide internal and subcontract scope of work
- Design manufacturing process with every detailed step and generate route card in ERP/MES system
- Generate manufacturing drawings and required technical documentation for each step
- Issue raw material & bought out items (BOI) bill of material to material procurement team
- Coordinate product quality and inspection control plans for parts, sub-assemblies and final product
- Realtime governance of operation scheduling to achieve planed delivery lead time and product quality
- Finetune work location scheduling based on daily work progress
- Generate clear and illustrative route cards and process documentation
- Work with Design, Manufacturing and Supply Chain team to ensure that customer requirements are met
- Swiftly resolve non-conformance to minimise impact on project objectives

What you'll need:
