We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales and Marketing Head** to lead APAART’s sales and marketing team.This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage operations, build relationships with architects,interior designers,and premium builders, and develop innovative marketing strategies to expand APAART’s brand presence and increase revenue.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales Leadership**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly,quarterly,and annual sales targets.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team,including training and mentoring them to drive results.
- Identify,target,and establish relationships with key stakeholders,including architects,premium builders,and interior designers,ensuring APAART is their preferred choice for luxury décor solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Oversee the creation of bundled product packages for different construction phases and ensure clients see clear value.
**Marketing Strategy**
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote APAART’s unique products and solutions.
- Strategize and oversee campaigns (digital and traditional) to enhance APAART’s visibility in the market.
- Organize and execute monthly events,product launches,and networking meets with architects, designers, and builders.
- Oversee social media management,content creation,website updates, and advertising to position APAART as a market leader.
- Monitor competition and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
**Operations and Reporting**
- Collaborate with the project and design teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Analyze sales data to create detailed reports on performance,progress,and strategies.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure proper pricing strategies and profitability.
- Maintain a strong understanding of APAART’s extensive product range and continuously improve offerings based on customer feedback and trends.
**Required Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration,Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing,preferably in the interior and exterior décor industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication,negotiation,and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools,CRM platforms,and reporting software.
