**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls to Prospective Students**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about the institute's programs, admission requirements, and benefits.
- Engage with prospective students in a professional and persuasive manner to encourage enrollment.

**Student Admissions**:
**Fee Collection**:

- Manage the collection of tuition fees, course fees, and other related payments from students.
- Maintain accurate records of fee payments and collaborate with the finance department for financial reporting.

**Training Schedule**:

- Collaborate with instructors and department heads to create, maintain, and communicate training schedules.
- Ensure training schedules are consistently updated and accessible to students and faculty.

**Student Support**:

- Serve as a point of contact for students, addressing inquiries and concerns related to course schedules, academic calendars, fees, and other administrative matters.
- Provide guidance to students regarding course registration and academic program requirements.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with admissions, finance, and academic departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss program updates, improvements, and challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3+ years of experience, preferably in a US/UK BPO environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and engaging phone manner.
- A collaborative mindset with the capability to work effectively within a team.

Pay: ₹33,333.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
