**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and create innovative mobile solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices and coding standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Flutter and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and meet business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Flutter Developer or similar role, with at least a 3+ of professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter framework, and Dart programming language.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns.
- Experience with mobile app development using Flutter, including building responsive UIs and integrating with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience with other mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Swift, or Kotlin) is a plus.
