Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Design Assistant to support our design team. This role involves assisting in the creation of visually engaging designs, working on graphic tasks, and providing valuable support software, and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in Design Creation: - Assist the design team in creating visual content for digital and print media. - Help with designing layouts, graphics, and illustrations for projects like brochures, social media posts, presentations, and advertisements. 2. Graphic Design Editing: - Edit and revise graphics and design elements based on feedback from the lead designer. 3. Asset Management: - Assist in organizing and maintaining design assets, files, and templates. - Prepare and optimize files for print or digital use, ensuring quality and resolution standards are met. 4. Collaborate with the Design Team: - Work closely with the design team to ensure deadlines are met and design tasks are completed efficiently. - Communicate effectively to understand project requirements and offer creative solutions. 5. Software Proficiency (mandatory) - Any 3D software - CorelDraw - Photoshop - Proficiency in the above-mentioned software is compulsory. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Graphic Design Knowledge: - A solid understanding of graphic design principles (e.g., layout, typography, color theory). - Proficiency in graphic design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). 2. Communication & Collaboration: - Excellent communication skills to understand the designer’s needs and provide constructive input. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 3. Time Management: - Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize work effectively. 4. Basic Knowledge of Print & Digital Design: - Understanding of the differences between print and digital design requirements. Preferred Skills: 1.
