**Position Overview**: We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Junior Editor Intern with a keen interest and knowledge in competitive exam content development. The work is dynamic, requiring collaboration with various content development teams for both online and offline content, and interaction with different levels of employees within the organization. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals passionate about education and looking to build a career in publishing.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and edit manuscripts for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and consistency.
- Ensure content meets Navneet's standards for quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior editors, authors, and other team members to enhance the overall quality of the content.
- Assist in the layout and design process, ensuring that the final product is visually appealing and reader-friendly.
- Conduct fact-checking and research to verify the accuracy of the content.
- Help in the development and maintenance of editorial guidelines and standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Provide constructive feedback to authors and contribute to the development of new content ideas.
- Maintain good attendance, ensure timely delivery of work, and focus on being result-oriented.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree and above (BCom, BTech, BSc).
- Strong command of the English language with excellent grammar and communication skills.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Prior experience or internship experience in editing or publishing is a bonus.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI tools is highly desirable.
