**Job Overview**

**Qualifications and Skills**
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical college
- Valid registration with the Medical Board
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as a Doctor in a similar capacity
- Experience in medical legal consulting and destitute medical consulting is desirable
- Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Kannada language to speak, read and write is preferred

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments of the residents admitted at the A.i.R Charitable Home
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, ailments, and injuries
- Prescribe appropriate medications, therapies, and treatments based on individual needs
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents
- Provide medical guidance and support to the staff members of A.i.R Charitable Home
- Participate in medical rounds, staff meetings, and trainings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records of residents
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of medical services at AiR Humanitarian Homes

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
